Broken Pipe in Alamo Ranch, TX.

A broken pipe caused this building to flood with a lot of water. The facility manager didn't know exactly what to do at first. She called the owner who then called their insurance company.

The insurance company called SERVPRO of Alamo Ranch to cleanup the water damage. They have used our company multiple times and this was just a little job that we could do for them.

We extracted the water from the floor and started the drying process. It was a clean water source that only needed the equipment to be placed which would have the floor dry in no time.
