Water Damaged Wood Floor

This home had wood floors throughout and, unfortunately, the extensive water damaged caused some of the flooring to become unsalvageable.  Our WRT certified technicians have the knowledge and tools to locate the dry-line and remove only affected planks of wood floor.  As you can see by the blue tape, our technicians have secured the remaining floor in order to help prevent any trips, slips or falls by the residents still living in the home.  After this flooring was removed, our certified technicians placed drying equipment to dry down the remaining affected structural materials in the surrounding rooms.  This home was dried in a typical three day dry down and the homeowner gave 10's across the board on our Certificate of Satisfaction - Job Completion form.
