Mold underneath bathroom sink needs remediation.

The mold in this bathroom was more extensive than originally thought. The leak caused more than just the bathroom to have mold but the surrounding walls were contaminated too.

Removing the wet and moldy material was the only way to assure that the mold would not come back if water intruded again.

The homeowners were very worried about the contamination as their child was asthmatic. The family was able to stay with a relative until the home was eradicated of the black mold and restored to be habitable once again.
